By downloading and using SpeakBuddy, you agree to these terms. If you are under 13, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission to use the app.

2. User Conduct

SpeakBuddy is a tool for learning. We expect our users to:

• Use the AI tutors for educational purposes.
• Refrain from attempting to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI to generate harmful content.
• Respect the community and support staff.

3. AI-Generated Content

Our tutors are powered by Generative AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally make mistakes. We encourage users to cross-reference critical learning points with official textbooks or teachers.

4. Account & Subscriptions

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Premium Pilot access is granted based on our current trial terms and may be subject to changes in pricing or availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpeakBuddy is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any errors in AI-generated tutoring or for any loss of data resulting from account deletion.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via an app notification or email.
